Wally López (Angel David López Álvarez), born in Madrid, is one of the leading figures in global electronic music, recognized for his work as a DJ, producer, radio host, entrepreneur, and mentor of emerging talent. With over 30 years of experience in the international house and tech house scene, Wally has performed at the world’s most prestigious clubs and festivals, remixed legendary artists, and led projects that have had a profound impact on contemporary electronic culture.

Currently, he hosts “La Factoría Radioshow” on Madrid’s public radio station Onda Madrid, where since 2022 he has established a unique platform dedicated to electronic music, broadcasting Monday through Friday and offering listeners a curated, cutting-edge musical experience.

In addition to his work in radio, Wally is the driving force behind the Trust Wally movement, an initiative created to amplify emerging DJs by providing visibility and support to the next generation of artists. Through this movement and his radioshow, hundreds of DJs have been promoted, with over 500 features in dedicated segments on La Factoría, making it one of the most active platforms for emerging DJs in Spain.

As a producer and remixer, he has collaborated with figures such as David Guetta, Tiësto, Bob Sinclar, Soft Cell, and many other influential names in electronic music, earning recognition from both audiences and critics alike. His iconic remix of “Just a Little More Love” marked a turning point in his international career.

Wally is also the founder of TheFactoria Records, an artistic management and record label platform that hosts multiple labels, a management agency, and activities related to the growth and dissemination of electronic music. His influence spans from radio airwaves to the world’s most prestigious clubs, always combining a passion for music with a commitment to supporting new voices in the industry.
